Thanks for your question. That's probably the primary feature of having task list and a hourly plan separate. Just put the task in a category it belongs to and do not add it to a daily plan. We always have more tasks than we can handle. DevPlanner provides ability to collect all these tasks, to estimate them and to set priority. Later you can sort them, filter, review, search, etc and choose only most valuable tasks to pickup for your daily or weekly plan.
