Time planned separated from a time spent in DevPlanner 2.1.5

New version of DevPlanner separates time planned from the time spent.
Spent column now shows time what was scheduled before the current date. Time planned shows number of hours what scheduled for the later date.

Time spent what was calculated using the method above can be treated as a highly accurate value.
